Refund policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you received, contact us. At Kowalski Boutique, we care that our customers are satisfied with the products they bought from us. If you have any problems with delivery or the product, contact us and our team will assist you immediately.
You may want to return an order. It could be because the product does not meet your expectations or there may be another reason why you still do not want the order. Regardless of the reason, you have the right to return the order within 30 days of receipt without giving a reason.
You are solely responsible for the cost of return shipping from your home to our return address.
Return conditions and guidelines:
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible, in the same way you paid.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused and in the original packaging. You must also have a receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@kowalski-butik.com. Always provide the order number. If the return is approved, we will send you a return form with instructions on how and where to send the package.
Products returned to us without prior arrangement will not be accepted.

Refund:
A full refund will be made using the same payment method the customer used, within 14 business days. After receiving the return, we will check if the products are in their original, resalable condition and process the refund.
Please note that most financial institutions usually require 3-5 business days to process a refund.
Damaged/incorrect product:
To assist you as quickly as possible, please include photos showing poor quality or damaged parts of the product. The best photos are taken on a flat surface with good lighting, where marks and defects are clearly visible. We will use this information to help you with your order and avoid future mistakes. We will refund or exchange the product for another, according to the customer's choice. We will cover the cost of return shipping if the defect is on our side.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have, and after the return is approved, make a separate purchase of the new product.
